Details
This project transformed an uneven, impractical garden into a seamless extension of the home’s living space. The ground level was raised and expertly re-graded to match the internal floor height, removing the need for steps and creating smooth, uninterrupted indoor–outdoor continuity. A comprehensive drainage system was installed to prevent water accumulation and protect the newly formed landscape from future flooding.
The redesign includes carefully constructed flower beds, a bespoke built-in bench, and a high-quality patio finished with durable, elegant tiles. Artificial grass was installed to provide a low-maintenance, year-round green surface that complements the surrounding hard landscaping. The boundary was renewed with fresh fencing to enhance privacy and deliver a clean, contemporary look.
A purpose-built outbuilding forms the centrepiece of the project, accommodating two independent office spaces and a dedicated storage room—designed for comfort, efficiency, and year-round usability. The result is a refined, fully integrated garden environment that enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
