Rainforest Café Ice Cream Area Refurbishment in Central London, Shaftesbury Ave, Leicester Square, W1D:
Demolition: removing parts of suspended ceiling, removing of partitioning to expose original walls;
Partitions installation;
New suspended ceiling to replace existing and new plasterboard ceiling at the front of the shop;
Gally supply and installation, taps, waste pipe works, undermount heater supply and install, sink adjustment;
Refurbish existing doors and frames;
Plastering;
Painting;
Tiling;
Pocket doors, locks;
Electrical works;
Floor re-leveling of the front of the shop so it is flat with a step into the workshop area;
Water supply and drainage;
Floor decking approx. 28 sq.m;
Whiterock Hygienic wall cladding supply and installation;
Installation of vinyl flooring: supply and lay Altro Walkway 2mm slip-resistant vinyl flooring, including welded seams
