-Full rewiring
-Air conditioning installation
-Roof works (single-ply membrane, lead work to dormers, stone slates)
-Exposing brickwork and removing suspended ceiling to create an industrial look, brick cleaning
-Floor re-leveling, Amtico flooring installation
-Application of intumescent Envirograf paint to ceiling, exposed metal beams and columns to achieve 1-hour fire rating
-Re-design of bathrooms
